Declutr ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Declutr mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Photo Library Access: Declutr requests access to your photo library to display photos for review. All photo processing happens entirely on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any external server.
Photo Metadata: The App reads metadata such as file size and creation date to provide storage statistics. This data is processed locally and never leaves your device.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics such as the number of photos reviewed and storage saved to display within the App. This data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData.

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase-related data such as transaction identifiers. For more information, please review RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Apple: The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect data as described in their privacy policy. Photo deletion is handled through Apple's PhotoKit framework, which presents a system confirmation dialog before any photos are permanently removed.
All your data, including session history and photo decisions, is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
Your photos are never uploaded to the cloud or any external service by Declutr. Photo analysis and processing happen entirely on-device.
Declutr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
