By downloading, installing, or using Declutr (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Declutr is a photo decluttering application that helps you review and manage photos in your device's photo library. The App provides a swipe-based interface for reviewing photos, tracking decluttering statistics, and deleting unwanted photos.
The App requires access to your photo library to function. All photo processing occurs on your device.
Declutr offers both free and premium ("Plus") tiers.
Free Tier: Allows you to review up to 200 photos.
Plus Subscription: Provides unlimited photo reviews, album selection, date range sessions, and AI-powered features. Available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime Purchase: The lifetime option is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to Plus features.
IMPORTANT: When you confirm photo deletion within the App, the selected photos are submitted for deletion through Apple's system dialog. Once confirmed through the system dialog, deleted photos are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album where they remain for approximately 30 days before permanent removal.
You are solely responsible for reviewing which photos you choose to delete. Declutr is not responsible for any photos that are accidentally or unintentionally deleted. We strongly recommend backing up important photos before using the App.
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding your photos), is owned by Declutr and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Declutr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, or loss of storage, arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Declutr operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
